第五十七条第一項の募集をする場合には、発起人は、第五十八条第一項第三号の期日又は同号の期間の初日のうち最も早い日以後は、第三十三条第九項並びに第三十七条第一項及び第二項の規定にかかわらず、定款の変更をすることができない。
If the solicitation under Article 57, paragraph (1) is carried out, the incorporators may not effect any amendment in the articles of incorporation on and after either the date referred to in Article 58, paragraph (1), item (iii) or the first day of the period referred to in the same item, whichever comes earlier, notwithstanding the provisions of Article 33, paragraph (9) and Article 37, paragraphs (1) and (2).
