Supplementary Provisions, Article 8
In applying the provisions of Article 52 of the Former Act to the business year of a securities company commencing in October 1988, the phrase "September of the following year" in that Article is deemed to be replaced with "March of the following year".
昭和六十三年十月から開始する証券会社の営業年度についての旧法第五十二条の規定の適用については、同条中「翌年九月」とあるのは、「翌年三月」とする。
In applying the provisions of Article 57 of the Former Act in the case where the provisions of the preceding paragraph are applied to the business year of a securities company, the phrase "each accounting period" in that Article is deemed to be replaced with "the accounting period pertaining to that business year".
証券会社の営業年度について前項の規定を適用する場合における旧法第五十七条の規定の適用については、同条中「毎決算期」とあるのは、「当該営業年度に係る決算期」とする。
