If an investment management-related services contractor comes to fall under any of the following items, the person specified in the relevant item must notify the Prime Minister to that effect within 30 days from that day.
投資運用関係業務受託業者が次の各号のいずれかに該当することとなつたときは、当該各号に定める者は、その日から三十日以内に、その旨を内閣総理大臣に届け出なければならない。
an individual who is an investment management-related services contractor dies:the heir;
投資運用関係業務受託業者である個人が死亡したとき その相続人
it discontinues the investment management-related services contracting business (limited to that for which it has received the Article 66-71 registration or the Article 66-75, paragraph (4) registration of a change; the same applies in item (vi)):that corporation or individual;

If an investment management-related services contractor comes to fall under any of the items of the preceding paragraph, the Article 66-71 registration of that investment management-related services contractor loses its validity.
投資運用関係業務受託業者が前項各号のいずれかに該当することとなつたときは、当該投資運用関係業務受託業者の第六十六条の七十一の登録は、その効力を失う。
変更登録等
投資運用関係業務受託業者は、第六十六条の七十二第一項第六号に掲げる事項について変更をしようとするときは、内閣府令で定めるところにより、内閣総理大臣の行う変更登録を受けなければならない。
