第一条（施行期日）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
This Cabinet Order comes into effect on April 1, 2025; provided, however, that the provisions listed in the following items come into effect on the dates specified respectively in those items:
この政令は、令和七年四月一日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。
the provision amending Article 2, paragraph (1), item (v): October 1, 2025;
第二条第一項第五号の改正規定 令和七年十月一日
the provisions amending Articles 18 through 18-4, the provision amending Article 18-5, the provision amending Article 18-6, paragraph (1), the provision amending Article 63-2, paragraph (2), the provision amending Article 71-2, paragraph (1) and the provision amending Article 76, paragraph (4), and the provisions of the following Article: November 1, 2026.
