第二条（健康保険法施行令の一部改正に伴う準備行為）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 2Preparatory Acts Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Order for Enforcement of the Health Insurance Act
The certification by an insurer under the provisions of Article 43, paragraph (1), item (iv), (b) and (c) of the Order for Enforcement of the Health Insurance Act as amended by the provisions of Article 1 (hereinafter referred to as the "New Order for Enforcement of the Health Insurance Act" in this Article and Articles 17 and 19 of the Supplementary Provisions) (including where these provisions are applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 44, paragraph (1) of the New Order for Enforcement of the Health Insurance Act; the same applies hereinafter in this Article) may be made, even before the date of enforcement of this Cabinet Order (hereinafter referred to as the "Effective Date"), in accordance with the provisions of (b) and (c) of that item.
第一条の規定による改正後の健康保険法施行令（以下この条並びに附則第十七条及び第十九条において「新健康保険法施行令」という。）第四十三条第一項第四号ロ及びハ（新健康保険法施行令第四十四条第一項において準用する場合を含む。以下この条において同じ。）の規定による保険者の認定は、この政令の施行の日（以下「施行日」という。）前においても、同号ロ及びハの規定の例によりすることができる。
