第二条（健康保険法施行令の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 2Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Order for Enforcement of the Health Insurance Act
With regard to the amounts of the lump-sum allowance for childbirth and childcare and the lump-sum allowance for dependent's childbirth and childcare under the provisions of the Health Insurance Act for childbirth before the day of enforcement of this Cabinet Order (hereinafter referred to as the "Effective Date"), the provisions then in force continue to govern.
この政令の施行の日（以下「施行日」という。）前の出産に係る健康保険法の規定による出産育児一時金及び家族出産育児一時金の額については、なお従前の例による。
