第三条（健康保険法施行令の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 3Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Order for Enforcement of the Health Insurance Act
With regard to the amounts of burial charges under the provisions of the Health Insurance Act, benefits provided under Article 100, paragraph (2) of that Act (including the case where it applies mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 105, paragraph (2) of that Act) or Article 136, paragraph (2) of that Act, dependent's burial charges under the provisions of that Act, or lump-sum allowance for childbirth and childcare or lump-sum allowance for dependent's childbirth and childcare under the provisions of that Act, in relation to a person who died or gave birth before the Effective Date and who was an insured person, a specially-insured day laborer, a person who had been either of them, or a dependent, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
