入国者収容所長等は、被収容者が、次に掲げる物品（次条第一項各号に掲げる物品を除く。）について、自弁のものを使用し、又は摂取したい旨の申出をした場合には、入国者収容所等の規律及び秩序の維持その他管理運営上支障を生ずるおそれがある場合を除き、法務省令で定めるところにより、これを許すものとする。
If a detainee requests to use or consume the following goods (excluding the goods set forth in the items of paragraph (1) of the following Article) obtained at their own expense, the director of the immigration detention center, etc. is to permit it pursuant to Ministry of Justice Order, except where there is a risk of hindrance to the maintenance of discipline and order in the immigration detention center, etc. or otherwise to its administration and operation:
衣類
clothing;
食料品及び飲料
food and beverages;
室内装飾品
room decorations;
嗜好品
luxury items; and
日用品、文房具その他の入国者収容所等における日常生活に用いる物品
daily necessities, stationery and other goods used for daily life in the immigration detention center, etc.
