契約により委託を受けて適合一号特定技能外国人支援計画の全部の実施の業務（以下「支援業務」という。）を行う者は、出入国在留管理庁長官の登録を受けることができる。
A person who has been entrusted to perform the work of implementation of all of the suitable support plans for specified skilled workers (i) (hereinafter referred to as "support work") based on a contract may register with the Commissioner of the Immigration Services Agency.
前項の登録は、五年ごとにその更新を受けなければ、その期間の経過によつて、その効力を失う。
The registration set forth under the preceding paragraph loses its effect upon the passing of the period unless it is extended every five years.
A person who seeks to receive the registration set forth under paragraph (1) (including the extension of registration set forth under the preceding paragraph; the same applies hereinafter in this Subsection) must pay the fee specified by Cabinet Order in consideration of actual expenses.
