Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
This Cabinet Order comes into effect on April 1, 2015; provided, however, that the provisions listed in the following items come into effect on the dates specified respectively in those items.
この政令は、平成二十七年四月一日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。
the provisions amending Article 16, item (i) of the Order for Enforcement of the Long-Term Care Insurance Act in Article 2, the provisions amending Article 22-2 of that Order (excluding the provisions amending paragraph (5), item (i) of that Article (limited to the part amending "June" to "July") and the provisions amending paragraph (7) of that Article (limited to the part amending "June" to "July")), the provisions making Article 22-2 of that Order Article 22-2-2 of that Order, the provisions adding one Article after Article 22 of that Order, the provisions amending Article 22-3 and Article 25, item (i) of that Order, the provisions amending Article 29-2 of that Order (excluding the provisions amending paragraph (5), item (i) of that Article (limited to the part amending "June" to "July") and the provisions amending paragraph (7) of that Article (limited to the part amending "June" to "July")), the provisions making Article 29-2 of that Order Article 29-2-2 of that Order, the provisions adding one Article after Article 29 of that Order, and the provisions amending Article 29-3, paragraph (3) and Article 33 of that Order, the provisions of Article 4 (excluding the provisions amending Article 22-2, paragraph (5), item (i) of the Order for Enforcement of the Long-Term Care Insurance Act that remains in force pursuant to Article 130-2, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the Health Insurance Act, etc. (limited to the part amending "June" to "July"), the provisions amending paragraph (7) of that Article (limited to the part amending "June" to "July"), and the provisions amending Article 35-2, item (xvi) of that Order), the provisions of Article 8, the provisions amending Article 29-4-2, paragraph (1) of the Order for Enforcement of the National Health Insurance Act in Article 12, the provisions amending Article 43-5, paragraph (1), item (iii) of the Order for Enforcement of the Act on Providing Comprehensive Support for the Daily Life and Life in Society of Persons with Disabilities in Article 20, and the provisions amending Article 16-2, paragraph (1), items (iv) and (v) of the Order for Enforcement of the Act on Assurance of Medical Care for Elderly People in Article 21, and the provisions of the following Article and Articles 5 through 12 of the Supplementary Provisions: August 1, 2015.
第二条中介護保険法施行令第十六条第一号の改正規定、同令第二十二条の二の改正規定（同条第五項第一号の改正規定（「六月」を「七月」に改める部分に限る。）及び同条第七項の改正規定（「六月」を「七月」に改める部分に限る。）を除く。）、同条を同令第二十二条の二の二とする改正規定、同令第二十二条の次に一条を加える改正規定、同令第二十二条の三及び第二十五条第一号の改正規定、同令第二十九条の二の改正規定（同条第五項第一号の改正規定（「六月」を「七月」に改める部分に限る。）及び同条第七項の改正規定（「六月」を「七月」に改める部分に限る。）を除く。）、同条を同令第二十九条の二の二とする改正規定、同令第二十九条の次に一条を加える改正規定並びに同令第二十九条の三第三項及び第三十三条の改正規定、第四条の規定（健康保険法等の一部を改正する法律附則第百三十条の二第一項の規定によりなおその効力を有するものとされた介護保険法施行令第二十二条の二第五項第一号の改正規定（「六月」を「七月」に改める部分に限る。）、同条第七項の改正規定（「六月」を「七月」に改める部分に限る。）及び同令第三十五条の二第十六号の改正規定を除く。）、第八条の規定、第十二条中国民健康保険法施行令第二十九条の四の二第一項の改正規定、第二十条中障害者の日常生活及び社会生活を総合的に支援するための法律施行令第四十三条の五第一項第三号の改正規定並びに第二十一条中高齢者の医療の確保に関する法律施行令第十六条の二第一項第四号及び第五号の改正規定並びに次条及び附則第五条から第十二条までの規定 平成二十七年八月一日
