Supplementary Provisions, Article 2Transitional Measures
With regard to the amounts of burial charges under the provisions of the Health Insurance Act, benefits provided under Article 49, paragraph (2) of that Act (including the case where it applies mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 56, paragraph (3) of that Act) or Article 69-16, paragraph (3) of that Act, dependent's burial charges under the provisions of that Act, or delivery expenses or spouse delivery expenses under the provisions of that Act, in relation to an insured person of health insurance (including a specially-insured day laborer) who died or gave birth before the day of enforcement of this Cabinet Order, a person who was an insured person, or a dependent, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
この政令の施行の日前に死亡し又は分娩した健康保険の被保険者（日雇特例被保険者を含む。）若しくは被保険者であつた者又は被扶養者に係る健康保険法の規定による埋葬料及び同法第四十九条第二項（同法第五十六条第三項において準用する場合を含む。）若しくは第六十九条の十六第三項の規定によりなされる給付若しくは同法の規定による家族埋葬料又は同法の規定による分娩費若しくは配偶者分娩費の額については、なお従前の例による。
