第一条（施行期日等）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date, etc.
This Cabinet Order comes into effect on April 1, 1985; provided, however, that the provisions of Article 1 amending Article 79, paragraphs (6) and (7) of the Order for Enforcement of the Health Insurance Act, the provisions of Article 2 amending Article 3-2-2, paragraphs (6) and (7) of the Order for Enforcement of the Mariners Insurance Act, and the provisions of Article 3 come into effect on the date of promulgation.
この政令は、昭和六十年四月一日から施行する。ただし、第一条中健康保険法施行令第七十九条第六項及び第七項の改正規定、第二条中船員保険法施行令第三条の二の二第六項及び第七項の改正規定並びに第三条の規定は、公布の日から施行する。
The provisions of Article 79, paragraphs (6) and (7) of the Order for Enforcement of the Health Insurance Act, Article 3-2-2, paragraphs (6) and (7) of the Order for Enforcement of the Mariners Insurance Act and Article 29-2, paragraphs (6) and (7) of the Order for Enforcement of the National Health Insurance Act, each as amended by this Cabinet Order, apply to the payment of high-cost medical expenses for medical care received on or after January 1, 1985.
この政令による改正後の健康保険法施行令第七十九条第六項及び第七項、船員保険法施行令第三条の二の二第六項及び第七項並びに国民健康保険法施行令第二十九条の二第六項及び第七項の規定は、昭和六十年一月一日以降に行われた療養に係る高額療養費の支給について適用する。
