第四条（子ども・子育て支援法及び就学前の子どもに関する教育、保育等の総合的な提供の推進に関する法律の一部を改正する法律の施行に伴う関係法律の整備等に関する法律によりなお従前の例によるものとされた改正前の児童手当法に係る特例）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 4Special Provisions on the Child Allowance Act Prior to Amendment, as to Which the Provisions Then in Force Continue to Govern under the Act on the Arrangement of Related Acts upon the Enforcement of the Act Partially Amending the Act on Support for Children and Child-rearing and the Act on Advancement of Comprehensive Service Related to Education, Child Care, etc. of Preschool Children
With regard to the application of Article 63 to the contribution under Article 20 of the Child Allowance Act (Act No. 73 of 1971) prior to its amendment by the provisions of Article 36 of the Act on the Arrangement of Related Acts upon the Enforcement of the Act Partially Amending the Act on Support for Children and Child-rearing and the Act on Advancement of Comprehensive Service Related to Education, Child Care, etc. of Preschool Children (Act No. 67 of 2012), as to the collection of which the provisions then in force continue to govern pursuant to the provisions of Article 38 of that Act, the phrase "contribution under the provisions of the Act on Support for Children and Child-rearing" in Article 63, item (iii) is deemed to be replaced with "contribution under the provisions of the Act on Support for Children and Child-rearing, contribution under the provisions of the Child Allowance Act (Act No. 73 of 1971) prior to its amendment by the provisions of Article 36 of the Act on the Arrangement of Related Acts upon the Enforcement of the Act Partially Amending the Act on Support for Children and Child-rearing and the Act on Advancement of Comprehensive Service Related to Education, Child Care, etc. of Preschool Children (Act No. 67 of 2012), as to the collection of which the provisions then in force continue to govern pursuant to the provisions of Article 38 of that Act".
子ども・子育て支援法及び就学前の子どもに関する教育、保育等の総合的な提供の推進に関する法律の一部を改正する法律の施行に伴う関係法律の整備等に関する法律（平成二十四年法律第六十七号）第三十八条の規定によりその徴収についてなお従前の例によるものとされた同法第三十六条の規定による改正前の児童手当法（昭和四十六年法律第七十三号）第二十条の拠出金に関する第六十三条の規定の適用については、同条第三号中「による拠出金」とあるのは、「による拠出金、子ども・子育て支援法及び就学前の子どもに関する教育、保育等の総合的な提供の推進に関する法律の一部を改正する法律の施行に伴う関係法律の整備等に関する法律（平成二十四年法律第六十七号）第三十八条の規定によりその徴収についてなお従前の例によるものとされた同法第三十六条の規定による改正前の児童手当法（昭和四十六年法律第七十三号）の規定による拠出金」とする。
