第一条（施行期日）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of the date specified in each of the following items in accordance with the categories listed in those items:
この省令は、次の各号に掲げる区分に応じ、それぞれ当該各号に定める日から施行する。

第二条（通知の方法に関する経過措置）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 2Transitional Measures Concerning Method of Notification
The provisions of Article 46 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Act as amended by Article 2, the provisions of Article 61 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Act on the Collection, etc. of Insurance Premiums of Labor Insurance as amended by Article 5 (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 2-6 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Act on Asbestos Health Damage Relief in relation to the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (hereinafter referred to as the "Asbestos Health Damage Relief Ordinance")), and the provisions of Article 25 of the Asbestos Health Damage Relief Ordinance as amended by Article 7 apply to service by public notice made on or after the date of enforcement of the provisions set forth in item (ii) of the preceding Article, and the provisions then in force continue to govern service by public notice made before that date.
第二条の規定による改正後の労働者災害補償保険法施行規則第四十六条の規定、第五条の規定による改正後の労働保険の保険料の徴収等に関する法律施行規則第六十一条（厚生労働省関係石綿による健康被害の救済に関する法律施行規則（以下「石綿救済則」という。）第二条の六において準用する場合を含む。）の規定及び第七条の規定による改正後の石綿救済則第二十五条の規定は、前条第二号に掲げる規定の施行の日以後にする公示送達について適用し、同日前にした公示送達については、なお従前の例による。
