附 則
Supplementary Provisions
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of the date of promulgation.
この省令は、公布の日から施行する。
Of the amount of final insurance premiums calculated up to the day preceding the date of enforcement of this Ministerial Order, the amount of final insurance premiums pertaining to a business to which Article 20, paragraph (1) of the Act on the Collection, etc. of Insurance Premiums of Labor Insurance (Act No. 84 of 1969) (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to paragraph (2) of that Article) was applied is to be the amount calculated using the amount of the insurance benefits prescribed in Article 7, paragraphs (1) and (2) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Act on the Collection, etc. of Insurance Premiums of Labor Insurance as amended by this Ministerial Order and the amount of the benefits prescribed in Article 18, paragraphs (2) and (3) of that Ordinance as applied mutatis mutandis with replacement of terms pursuant to Article 18-3 of that Ordinance.
この省令の施行の日の前日までに算定された確定保険料の額のうち、労働保険の保険料の徴収等に関する法律（昭和四十四年法律第八十四号）第二十条第一項（同条第二項の規定により準用する場合を含む。）の規定の適用を受けた事業に係る確定保険料の額は、この省令による改正後の労働保険の保険料の徴収等に関する法律施行規則附則第七条第一項及び第二項に規定する保険給付の額並びに第十八条の三の規定により読み替えて準用する第十八条第二項及び第三項に規定する給付金の額を用いて算定した額とする。
