第一条（施行期日等）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date, etc.
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of July 1, 1977.
この省令は、昭和五十二年七月一日から施行する。
第四条（労働保険の保険料の徴収等に関する法律施行規則の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 4Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Act on the Collection, etc. of Insurance Premiums of Labor Insurance
With regard to the amount listed in the right column of Appended Table 4 prescribed in Article 21, Article 22 or Article 23-2 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Act on the Collection, etc. of Insurance Premiums of Labor Insurance as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "new Labor Insurance Premium Collection Ordinance") for a specified specially enrolled person for the insurance year that includes the Effective Date, the provisions then in force continue to govern, notwithstanding Appended Table 4 of the new Labor Insurance Premium Collection Ordinance.
With regard to the amount listed in the right column of Appended Table 4 prescribed in Article 21 of the new Labor Insurance Premium Collection Ordinance for a specified specially enrolled person of a business with a definite term, the provisions then in force continue to govern, notwithstanding Appended Table 4 of the new Labor Insurance Premium Collection Ordinance.
