第一条（施行期日）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of the day of enforcement of the Act Partially Amending the Unfair Competition Prevention Act, etc. (July 1, 2019).
この省令は、不正競争防止法等の一部を改正する法律の施行の日（令和元年七月一日）から施行する。
第二条（様式に関する経過措置）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 2Transitional Measures Concerning Forms
Documents that actually exist at the time this Ministerial Order comes into effect and are in use in accordance with the Forms prior to the amendment by this Ministerial Order (referred to as the "Former Forms" in the following paragraph) are deemed to be documents in accordance with the Forms as amended by this Ministerial Order.
この省令の施行の際現にあるこの省令による改正前の様式（次項において「旧様式」という。）により使用されている書類は、この省令による改正後の様式によるものとみなす。
Paper forms in accordance with the Former Forms that actually exist at the time this Ministerial Order comes into effect may be used for the time being with corrections made to them.
この省令の施行の際現にある旧様式による用紙については、当分の間、これを取り繕って使用することができる。
略称規定附則第二条第一項・この規定及び附則第二条第二項の中だけ
この省令の施行の際現にあるこの省令による改正前の様式（次項において「旧様式」という。）により使用されている書類は、この省令による改正後の様式によるものとみなす。
わかりやすく言うと
この附則を定めた改正省令（令和元年厚生労働省令第二十号又は令和二年厚生労働省令第二百八号）による改正前の様式のことです。施行の際にある旧様式による書類は改正後の様式によるものとみなされ、旧様式の用紙は当分の間、取り繕って使えます。
