Supplementary Provisions

This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of the date specified in each of the following items in accordance with the categories listed in those items:

The provisions of Article 46 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Act as amended by Article 2, the provisions of Article 61 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Act on the Collection, etc. of Insurance Premiums of Labor Insurance as amended by Article 5 (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 2-6 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Act on Asbestos Health Damage Relief in relation to the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (hereinafter referred to as the "Asbestos Health Damage Relief Ordinance")), and the provisions of Article 25 of the Asbestos Health Damage Relief Ordinance as amended by Article 7 apply to service by public notice made on or after the date of enforcement of the provisions set forth in item (ii) of the preceding Article, and the provisions then in force continue to govern service by public notice made before that date.
