第十条（労働保険の保険料の徴収等に関する法律施行規則の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 10Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Act on the Collection, etc. of Insurance Premiums of Labor Insurance
Documents that have actually been submitted at the time this Ministerial Order comes into effect and are in use in accordance with the forms of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Act on the Collection, etc. of Insurance Premiums of Labor Insurance before amendment by the provisions of Article 25 (referred to as the "Former Forms" in the following paragraph) are deemed to be in accordance with the forms of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Act on the Collection, etc. of Insurance Premiums of Labor Insurance after amendment by the provisions of that Article.
この省令の施行の際現に提出されている第二十五条の規定による改正前の労働保険の保険料の徴収等に関する法律施行規則の様式（次項において「旧様式」という。）により使用されている書類は、同条の規定による改正後の労働保険の保険料の徴収等に関する法律施行規則の様式によるものとみなす。
Paper forms in accordance with the Former Forms that actually exist at the time this Ministerial Order comes into effect may be used for the time being with corrections made to them.
この省令の施行の際現にある旧様式による用紙については、当分の間、これを取り繕って使用することができる。
