第三条（労働保険の保険料の徴収等に関する法律施行規則の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 3Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Act on the Collection, etc. of Insurance Premiums of Labor Insurance
With regard to the amount listed in the right column of Appended Table 4 prescribed in Article 21 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Act on the Collection, etc. of Insurance Premiums of Labor Insurance as amended (hereinafter in this Article referred to as the "new Labor Insurance Premium Collection Ordinance") for a specified specially enrolled person of a business with a definite term, the provisions then in force continue to govern, notwithstanding Appended Table 4 of the new Labor Insurance Premium Collection Ordinance.

特定有期特別加入者に関する改正後の労働保険の保険料の徴収等に関する法律施行規則（以下この条において「新徴収則」という。）第二十一条に規定する別表第四の右欄に掲げる額については、新徴収則別表第四の規定にかかわらず、なお従前の例による。
