第三条（退去強制に関する経過措置）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 3Transitional Measures Concerning Deportation
施行日前に旧法第二十二条の四第一項（第三号に係るものに限る。以下この項において同じ。）の規定により在留資格を取り消された者及び前条の規定によりなお従前の例によることとされる場合における旧法第二十二条の四第一項の規定により在留資格を取り消された者に対する退去強制については、なお従前の例による。
The provisions then in force continue to govern deportation with regard to a person whose status of residence was revoked before the Effective Date pursuant to the provisions of Article 22-4, paragraph (1) of the Former Act (limited to the part pertaining to item (iii); hereinafter the same applies in this paragraph) and a person whose status of residence was revoked pursuant to the provisions of Article 22-4, paragraph (1) of the Former Act in the cases where the provisions then in force continue to govern pursuant to the provisions of the preceding Article.
この法律による改正後の出入国管理及び難民認定法（次条において「新法」という。）第二十四条第四号ル（（２）に係る部分に限る。）の規定は、施行日以後に同号ル（２）に掲げる行為をあおり、唆し、又は助けた者について適用する。
The provisions of Article 24, item (iv), sub-item (k) (limited to the part pertaining to (2)) of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act as amended by this Act (referred to as the "New Act" in the following Article) apply to a person who, on or after the Effective Date, has instigated, incited or aided an act set forth in sub-item (k), (2) of the same item.
