①The provisions then in force continue to govern deportation with regard to a person whose status of residence was revoked before the Effective Date pursuant to the provisions of Article 22-4, paragraph (1) of the Former Act (limited to the part pertaining to item (iii); hereinafter the same applies in this paragraph) and a person whose status of residence was revoked pursuant to the provisions of Article 22-4, paragraph (1) of the Former Act in the cases where the provisions then in force continue to govern pursuant to the provisions of the preceding Article.

②The provisions of Article 24, item (iv), sub-item (k) (limited to the part pertaining to (2)) of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act as amended by this Act (referred to as the "New Act" in the following Article) apply to a person who, on or after the Effective Date, has instigated, incited or aided an act set forth in sub-item (k), (2) of the same item.
