出入国在留管理庁長官又は入国者収容所長等は、警察庁、都道府県警察、海上保安庁、税関、公共職業安定所その他の関係行政機関に対し、出入国及び在留の管理並びに難民の認定及び補完的保護対象者の認定に関する事務の遂行に関して、必要な協力を求めることができる。
The Commissioner of the Immigration Services Agency or the director of an immigration detention center, etc. may request necessary cooperation from the National Police Agency, the prefectural police, the Japan Coast Guard, Customs, Public Employment Security Offices and other related administrative organs with regard to the execution of administrative affairs pertaining to immigration and residency management, and Recognition of Refugee Status and recognition as a person eligible for complementary protection.
前項の規定による協力を求められた関係行政機関は、本来の任務の遂行を妨げない範囲において、できるだけその求に応じなければならない。
A relevant administrative organ that has been requested to cooperate pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph must comply with the request as far as possible, to the extent that doing so does not interfere with the performance of its own duties.
