第十九条の十五の四（個人番号カードの機能の失効等に係る特定在留カードの取扱い）
Article 19-15-4Treatment of Specified Residence Cards upon Invalidation of the Functions of the Individual Number Card, etc.
特定在留カードについては、番号利用法第十八条の五第九項の規定により個人番号カードとみなして適用する番号利用法第十七条第十項の規定による個人番号カードの失効は、その在留カードとしての効力に影響を及ぼさない。
With regard to a specified residence card, the invalidation of the Individual Number Card pursuant to the provisions of Article 17, paragraph (10) of the Number Use Act, as applied by deeming the specified residence card to be an Individual Number Card pursuant to the provisions of Article 18-5, paragraph (9) of the Number Use Act, does not affect its effect as a residence card.
番号利用法第十八条の五第九項の規定により個人番号カードとみなして適用する番号利用法第十七条第十一項の規定又は番号利用法第四十七条の規定に基づく政令の規定による特定在留カードの返納は、これらの規定にかかわらず、法務省令で定める手続により、出入国在留管理庁長官に対して返納する方法により行うものとする。
The return of a specified residence card pursuant to the provisions of Article 17, paragraph (11) of the Number Use Act, as applied by deeming the specified residence card to be an Individual Number Card pursuant to the provisions of Article 18-5, paragraph (9) of the Number Use Act, or pursuant to the provisions of a Cabinet Order based on the provisions of Article 47 of the Number Use Act is, notwithstanding those provisions, to be made by returning it to the Commissioner of the Immigration Services Agency in accordance with the procedures provided for by Ministry of Justice Order.
前項の場合において、当該特定在留カードを返納する者が引き続き中長期在留者に該当するときは、出入国在留管理庁長官は、当該返納の際に、入国審査官に、当該中長期在留者に対し、新たな在留カードを交付させるものとする。
In the case referred to in the preceding paragraph, if the person returning the specified residence card continues to fall under a mid- to long-term resident, the Commissioner of the Immigration Services Agency is to have an immigration inspector issue a new residence card to the mid- to long-term resident at the time of the return.
