第一条（施行期日）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of April 1, 1996; provided, however, that the provisions set out in the following items come into effect as of the day specified in the respective items.
この省令は、平成八年四月一日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。
the provisions of Article 2 adding five Articles after Article 20 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Act on the Collection, etc. of Insurance Premiums of Labor Insurance, the provisions amending Article 75 and the provisions adding one form after Form No. 5, and the provisions of Article 3 of the Supplementary Provisions: March 31, 1997;
第二条中労働保険の保険料の徴収等に関する法律施行規則第二十条の次に五条を加える改正規定、第七十五条の改正規定及び様式第五号の次に一様式を加える改正規定並びに附則第三条の規定 平成九年三月三十一日
the provisions of Article 2 amending Article 25, paragraph (1), Article 27, Article 28, paragraph (1), Article 29, paragraph (1), Article 34 and Article 4, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Act on the Collection, etc. of Insurance Premiums of Labor Insurance, and the provisions of Article 4 of the Supplementary Provisions: April 1, 1997.
