With respect to the basic amount for calculating insurance premiums of a specified specially enrolled person for an insurance year in which that person's basic daily benefit amount was 3,000 yen, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
特定特別加入者の給付基礎日額が三千円とされていた保険年度におけるその者の保険料算定基礎額については、なお従前の例による。
With respect to the basic amount for calculating insurance premiums of a specified specially enrolled person with a definite term pertaining to the business, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
特定有期特別加入者の当該事業に係る保険料算定基礎額については、なお従前の例による。
With regard to the basic amount for calculating insurance premiums of a person engaged in the work listed in Article 46-18, item (iii) of the New Rules, for the time being, the phrase "3,500 yen 1,277,500 yen" in Appended Table 4 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Act on the Collection, etc. of Insurance Premiums of Labor Insurance after amendment is deemed to be replaced with "3,500 yen 1,277,500 yen 3,000 yen 1,095,000 yen 2,500 yen 912,500 yen 2,000 yen 730,000 yen".
新規則第四十六条の十八第三号に掲げる作業に従事する者の保険料算定基礎額に関しては、当分の間、改正後の労働保険の保険料の徴収等に関する法律施行規則別表第四中「３，５００円１，２７７，５００円」とあるのは、「３，５００円１，２７７，５００円３，０００円１，０９５，０００円２，５００円９１２，５００円２，０００円７３０，０００円」とする。
