第一条（施行期日等）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date, etc.
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the provisions set forth in the following items come into effect as of the dates specified respectively in those items.
この省令は、公布の日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。
In Article 2, the provision adding one Article after Article 17, the provision amending Article 18-2, the provision adding one Article after Article 19, the provision amending Article 20 and the provision amending Appended Table 3 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Act on the Collection, etc. of Insurance Premiums of Labor Insurance, and the provisions of Article 3, paragraph (7) of the Supplementary Provisions: December 31, 1980;
第二条中労働保険の保険料の徴収等に関する法律施行規則第十七条の次に一条を加える改正規定、第十八条の二の改正規定、第十九条の次に一条を加える改正規定、第二十条の改正規定及び別表第三の改正規定並びに附則第三条第七項の規定 昭和五十五年十二月三十一日
In Article 1, the provision amending Article 44-2, paragraphs (1) and (3) of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Act, in Article 2, the provision amending Appended Table 1 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Act on the Collection, etc. of Insurance Premiums of Labor Insurance, the provisions of paragraph (1) of the following Article, and the provisions of Article 3, paragraphs (1) through (6) of the Supplementary Provisions: January 1, 1981;
