第五条（在留資格の取消しに関する経過措置）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 5Transitional Measures Concerning Revocation of Status of Residence
施行日前に第二条改正前入管法第六十一条の二の二第二項の規定による許可又は第一条改正前入管法第六十一条の二の二第二項の規定による許可を受けて新たに中長期在留者となった者及び附則第十一条第一項の規定によりなお従前の例によることとされた在留資格に係る許可を受けて在留する者の在留資格の取消しについては、なお従前の例による。
With regard to revocation of the status of residence of a person who has newly become a mid- to long-term resident upon receiving, before the Effective Date, permission under the provisions of Article 61-2-2, paragraph (2) of the Immigration Control Act Prior to Amendment by Article 2 or permission under the provisions of Article 61-2-2, paragraph (2) of the Immigration Control Act Prior to Amendment by Article 1, and of a person residing upon receiving permission pertaining to status of residence to which the provisions then in force continue to govern pursuant to the provisions of Article 11, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
