第四条（住居地の届出に関する経過措置）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 4Transitional Measures Concerning Notification of the Place of Residence
施行日前に第二条の規定による改正前の入管法（以下「第二条改正前入管法」という。）第六十一条の二の二第二項の規定による許可又は第一条改正前入管法第六十一条の二の二第二項の規定による許可を受けて新たに中長期在留者となった者及び附則第十一条第一項の規定によりなお従前の例によることとされた在留資格に係る許可を受けて新たに中長期在留者となった者の住居地の届出については、なお従前の例による。
With regard to notification of the place of residence by a person who has newly become a mid- to long-term resident upon receiving, before the Effective Date, permission under the provisions of Article 61-2-2, paragraph (2) of the Immigration Control Act prior to amendment by the provisions of Article 2 (hereinafter referred to as the "Immigration Control Act Prior to Amendment by Article 2") or permission under the provisions of Article 61-2-2, paragraph (2) of the Immigration Control Act Prior to Amendment by Article 1, and by a person who has newly become a mid- to long-term resident upon receiving permission pertaining to status of residence to which the provisions then in force continue to govern pursuant to the provisions of Article 11, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
