第二十条（刑事訴訟法等の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 20Transitional Measures Incidental to the Partial Amendment of the Code of Criminal Procedure, etc.
第二条改正後入管法第五十五条の二第二項第三号の規定は、刑事訴訟法等の一部を改正する法律（令和五年法律第二十八号。以下「刑訴法等改正法」という。）附則第一条第六号に掲げる規定の施行の日の前日までの間は、適用しない。
The provisions of Article 55-2, paragraph (2), item (iii) of the Immigration Control Act as amended by Article 2 do not apply until the day before the date on which the provisions set forth in Article 1, item (vi) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the Code of Criminal Procedure, etc. (Act No. 28 of 2023; hereinafter referred to as the "Code of Criminal Procedure Amendment Act") come into effect.
