第十七条（事実の調査に関する経過措置）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 17Transitional Measures Concerning Investigation of Facts
施行日前に入管法第六十一条の二第一項又は第二項の申請をした在留資格未取得外国人について附則第十一条第一項の規定によりなお従前の例によることとされた在留資格に係る許可に関する処分を行うための事実の調査については、なお従前の例による。
With regard to the investigation of facts for making a disposition concerning permission pertaining to status of residence, to which the provisions then in force continue to govern pursuant to the provisions of Article 11, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions, for a foreign national without a status of residence who filed an application under Article 61-2, paragraph (1) or (2) of the Immigration Control Act before the Effective Date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
