第二条（退去強制等に関する経過措置等）

入管法第二十四条第三号の規定は、前条第三号に掲げる規定の施行の日（以下「第三号施行日」という。）以後に入管法第二十四条第三号に規定する行為を行い、唆し、又はこれを助けた者について適用し、第三号施行日前に第一条の規定による改正前の入管法（以下「旧入管法」という。）第二十四条第三号に規定する行為を行った者に対する退去強制については、なお従前の例による。
The provisions of Article 24, item (iii) of the Immigration Control Act apply to a person who, on or after the date on which the provisions set forth in item (iii) of the preceding Article come into effect (hereinafter referred to as the "Item (iii) Effective Date"), has engaged in the acts prescribed in Article 24, item (iii) of the Immigration Control Act, or incited or aided them, and with regard to the deportation of a person who engaged in the acts prescribed in Article 24, item (iii) of the Immigration Control Act prior to its amendment by the provisions of Article 1 (hereinafter referred to as the "Former Immigration Control Act") before the Item (iii) Effective Date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
