出入国在留管理庁長官又は入国者収容所長等は、出入国及び在留の管理並びに難民の認定及び補完的保護対象者の認定に関する事務の遂行に当たり、当該事務の遂行が他の行政機関の事務に関連する場合には、関係行政機関と情報交換を行うことにより緊密に連絡し、及び協力して行うものとする。
