入国者収容所長等は、被収容者の面会に関し、法務省令で定めるところにより、面会の相手方の人数、面会の場所、日及び時間帯、面会の時間及び回数その他面会の態様について、入国者収容所等の規律及び秩序の維持、衛生の保持その他管理運営上必要な制限をすることができる。
With regard to visits with detainees, the director of the immigration detention center, etc. may, pursuant to the provisions of Ministry of Justice Order, impose restrictions necessary for maintaining discipline and order, preserving sanitation or otherwise managing and operating the immigration detention center, etc., on the number of visitors, the place, days and hours of visits, the duration and frequency of visits, and other aspects of visits.
前項の規定により面会の回数について制限をするときは、その回数は、面会の相手方一人ごとに一日につき一回を下回つてはならない。
When restricting the frequency of visits pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the frequency must not be less than once per day for each visitor.
