①With regard to visits with detainees, the director of the immigration detention center, etc. may, pursuant to the provisions of Ministry of Justice Order, impose restrictions necessary for maintaining discipline and order, preserving sanitation or otherwise managing and operating the immigration detention center, etc., on the number of visitors, the place, days and hours of visits, the duration and frequency of visits, and other aspects of visits.

②When restricting the frequency of visits pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the frequency must not be less than once per day for each visitor.
