第五十五条の二十五（金品の検査）

Article 55-25Inspection of Money and Goods

入国者収容所等の職員は、次に掲げる金品について、検査を行うことができる。

Officials of an immigration detention center, etc. may inspect the following money and goods:

被収容者が収容される際に所持する現金及び物品

cash and goods in the possession of a detainee at the time of being detained;

被収容者が収容中に取得した現金及び物品（信書を除く。次号において同じ。）であつて、同号に掲げる現金及び物品以外のもの（入国者収容所長等から支給された物品を除く。）

cash and goods (excluding letters; the same applies in the following item) acquired by a detainee during detention, other than the cash and goods set forth in that item (excluding goods provided by the director of the immigration detention center, etc.); and

被収容者に交付するため当該被収容者以外の者が入国者収容所等に持参し、又は送付した現金及び物品

cash and goods brought or sent to the immigration detention center, etc. by a person other than the detainee for delivery to the detainee.
