一cash and goods in the possession of a detainee at the time of being detained;

二cash and goods (excluding letters; the same applies in the following item) acquired by a detainee during detention, other than the cash and goods set forth in that item (excluding goods provided by the director of the immigration detention center, etc.); and

三cash and goods brought or sent to the immigration detention center, etc. by a person other than the detainee for delivery to the detainee.
