出入国在留管理庁長官は、前条各号に掲げる事項を確保するために必要な限度において、特定技能所属機関若しくは特定技能所属機関の役員若しくは職員（以下この項において「役職員」という。）に対し、報告若しくは帳簿書類の提出若しくは提示を命じ、若しくは特定技能所属機関若しくは役職員に対し出頭を求め、又は入国審査官若しくは入国警備官に関係人に対して質問させ、若しくは特定技能所属機関に係る事業所その他特定技能外国人の受入れに関係のある場所に立ち入り、その設備若しくは帳簿書類その他の物件を検査させることができる。
The Commissioner of the Immigration Services Agency may order the organization of affiliation of the specified skilled worker or an officer or employee of the organization of affiliation of the specified skilled worker (hereinafter referred to as "officer or employee" in this paragraph) to submit or present books and records, request the appearance of the organization of affiliation of the specified skilled worker or its officer or employee, or have immigration officers or immigration control officers ask questions to the persons concerned, or enter the premises of the places of business of the organization of affiliation of the specified skilled worker or other places related to the acceptance of specified skilled workers to inspect their facilities, books, records, or other objects to the extent necessary to secure the particulars set forth in the items of the preceding Article.
In the cases of conducting questioning or on-site inspection pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the immigration inspector or immigration control officer must carry an identification card showing their official status and present it to the person concerned upon request.
第一項の規定による権限は、犯罪捜査のために認められたものと解釈してはならない。
The authority pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (1) must not be construed as authorization for the purpose of a criminal investigation.
