第八百六十五条第一項又は第三項の訴えは、社債を発行した会社の本店の所在地を管轄する地方裁判所の管轄に専属する。
The action referred to in Article 865, paragraph (1) or paragraph (3) is under the exclusive jurisdiction of the district court having jurisdiction over the location of the head office of the bond-issuing company.
