前条第一項の訴え（次条及び第九百三十七条第一項第一号ヌにおいて「株式会社の役員の解任の訴え」という。）については、当該株式会社及び前条第一項の役員を被告とする。
With regard to the action referred to in paragraph (1) of the preceding Article (referred to as an "action seeking dismissal of an officer of a stock company" in the following Article and Article 937, paragraph (1), item (i), (j)), the relevant stock company and the officer referred to in paragraph (1) of the preceding Article are to be the defendants.
