第一条（施行期日）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
この法律は、令和十一年三月三十一日までの間において政令で定める日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。
This Act comes into effect as of the date specified by Cabinet Order within a period ending on March 31, 2029; provided, however, that the provisions set forth in the following items come into effect as of the dates specified respectively in those items.
第一条中出入国管理及び難民認定法（以下「入管法」という。）第六十七条の改正規定及び附則第五条の規定 令和九年三月三十一日までの間において政令で定める日
the provision in Article 1 amending Article 67 of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act (hereinafter referred to as the "Immigration Control Act") and the provisions of Article 5 of the Supplementary Provisions: the date specified by Cabinet Order within a period ending on March 31, 2027;
次条の規定 令和十年十月三十一日までの間において政令で定める日
the provisions of the following Article: the date specified by Cabinet Order within a period ending on October 31, 2028.
