第一条（施行期日）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
この法律は、令和六年四月一日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。
This Act comes into effect as of April 1, 2024; provided, however, that the provisions set forth in the following items come into effect as of the dates specified respectively in those items.
第一条の規定（次号に掲げる改正規定を除く。）、第四条中地域保健法第六条の改正規定、第五条の規定、第八条中医療法第六条の五、第七条、第七条の二、第二十七条の二及び第三十条の四第十項の改正規定、第九条及び第十二条の規定並びに第十七条中高齢者の医療の確保に関する法律第百二十一条第一項第一号イの改正規定並びに次条第一項から第三項まで、附則第三条、第四条、第八条から第十二条まで、第十四条及び第十六条から第十八条までの規定、附則第十九条の規定（次号に掲げる改正規定を除く。）、附則第二十四条の規定、附則第三十一条中住民基本台帳法（昭和四十二年法律第八十一号）別表第二の四の項、別表第三の五の五の項、別表第四の三の項及び別表第五第六号の三の改正規定並びに附則第三十六条から第三十八条まで及び第四十二条の規定 公布の日
the provisions of Article 1 (excluding the amending provisions set forth in the following item); the provision in Article 4 amending Article 6 of the Community Health Act; the provisions of Article 5; the provisions in Article 8 amending Article 6-5, Article 7, Article 7-2, Article 27-2 and Article 30-4, paragraph (10) of the Medical Care Act; the provisions of Articles 9 and 12; the provision in Article 17 amending Article 121, paragraph (1), item (i), sub-item (a) of the Act on Assurance of Medical Care for Elderly People; the provisions of paragraphs (1) through (3) of the following Article and Article 3, Article 4, Articles 8 through 12, Article 14 and Articles 16 through 18 of the Supplementary Provisions; the provisions of Article 19 of the Supplementary Provisions (excluding the amending provisions set forth in the following item); the provisions of Article 24 of the Supplementary Provisions; the provisions in Article 31 of the Supplementary Provisions amending row 4 of Appended Table 2, row 5-5 of Appended Table 3, row 3 of Appended Table 4 and item (vi)-3 of Appended Table 5 of the Residential Basic Book Act (Act No. 81 of 1967); and the provisions of Articles 36 through 38 and Article 42 of the Supplementary Provisions: the date of promulgation.
