Supplementary Provisions, Article 2, paragraph (1)
政府は、第一条の規定による改正後の出入国管理及び難民認定法（以下「新入管法」という。）別表第一の二の表の特定技能の在留資格に係る制度の運用に当たっては、人材が不足している地域の状況に配慮し、新入管法第十九条の十八第二項第一号の特定技能外国人が大都市圏その他の特定の地域に過度に集中して就労することとならないようにするために必要な措置を講ずるよう努めるものとする。
In operating the system pertaining to the status of residence of "Specified Skilled Worker" in Appended Table I (2) of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act as amended by the provisions of Article 1 (hereinafter referred to as the "New Immigration Control Act"), the Government is to endeavor to take the measures necessary to prevent foreign nationals with the "Specified Skilled Worker" status of residence set forth in Article 19-18, paragraph (2), item (i) of the New Immigration Control Act from working in an excessively concentrated manner in major metropolitan areas or other specific regions, giving consideration to the situation in regions with a shortage of human resources.
