この法律の施行の日（以下「施行日」という。）前に第一条の規定による改正前の出入国管理及び難民認定法（以下「旧入管法」という。）第二十四条第四号イに規定する行為を行った者に対する退去強制については、なお従前の例による。
The provisions then in force continue to govern deportation with regard to a person who, before the day on which this Act comes into effect (hereinafter referred to as the "Effective Date"), committed an act provided for in Article 24, item (iv), sub-item (a) of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act prior to the amendment by the provisions of Article 1 (hereinafter referred to as the "Former Immigration Control Act").
