入国者収容所等の職員は、次の各号のいずれか（領事官等との面会にあつては、第一号ロ又はハに限る。）に該当する場合には、その行為若しくは発言を制止し、又はその面会を一時停止させることができる。この場合においては、面会の一時停止のため、被収容者又は面会の相手方に対し面会の場所からの退出を命じ、その他必要な措置をとることができる。
If a case falls under any of the following items (for a visit with a consular officer, etc., limited to item (i)(b) or (c)), an official of the immigration detention center, etc. may stop the act or statement, or suspend the visit. In this case, in order to suspend the visit, the official may order the detainee or the visitor to leave the place of the visit and take other necessary measures:
被収容者又は面会の相手方が次のイからハまでのいずれかに該当する行為をするとき。
if the detainee or the visitor engages in an act falling under any of the following (a) through (c):
次条第一項の規定による制限に違反する行為
an act violating a restriction imposed pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (1) of the following Article;
入国者収容所等の規律及び秩序を害する行為
an act that harms discipline and order at the immigration detention center, etc.;
衛生上の支障がある行為
an act that is detrimental to sanitation;
被収容者又は面会の相手方が次のイからハまでのいずれかに該当する内容の発言をするとき。
if the detainee or the visitor makes a statement with content falling under any of the following (a) through (c):
暗号の使用その他の理由によつて、入国者収容所等の職員が理解できないもの
content that officials of the immigration detention center, etc. cannot understand due to the use of code or for any other reason;
犯罪の実行を共謀し、あおり、又は唆すもの
content that conspires in, incites or instigates the commission of a crime;
入国者収容所等の規律及び秩序を害する結果を生ずるおそれのあるもの
content that is likely to result in harm to discipline and order at the immigration detention center, etc.
In the case where a visit has been suspended pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph, if the director of the immigration detention center, etc. finds it inappropriate to allow the visit to continue, the director may terminate the visit.
