The director of the immigration detention center, etc. is to establish the rules that detainees must observe (referred to as the "rules to be observed" in the following paragraph).
遵守事項は、次に掲げる事項を具体的に定めるものとする。
The rules to be observed are to specifically set out the following matters:
犯罪行為をしてはならないこと。
not to commit criminal acts;
他人に対し、粗野若しくは乱暴な言動をし、又は迷惑を及ぼす行為をしてはならないこと。
not to use coarse or violent words or behavior toward others, or engage in acts that cause them a nuisance;
自身を傷つける行為をしてはならないこと。
not to engage in acts that injure oneself;
被収容者の処遇に従事する職員の職務の執行を妨げる行為をしてはならないこと。
not to engage in acts that obstruct the performance of duties of officials engaged in the treatment of detainees;
自己又は他の被収容者の収容の確保を妨げるおそれのある行為をしてはならないこと。
not to engage in acts that are likely to obstruct ensuring the detention of oneself or other detainees;
入国者収容所等の安全を害するおそれのある行為をしてはならないこと。
not to engage in acts that are likely to harm the safety of the immigration detention center, etc.;
入国者収容所等の衛生又は風紀を害する行為をしてはならないこと。
not to engage in acts that harm sanitation or public morals at the immigration detention center, etc.;
金品について、不正な使用、所持、授受その他の行為をしてはならないこと。
not to engage in the improper use, possession, giving or receiving of money or goods, or other improper acts involving them;
in addition to what is set forth in each of the preceding items, matters necessary for maintaining discipline and order at the immigration detention center, etc.;
not to plan, incite, instigate or assist acts violating the rules to be observed established with regard to the matters set forth in each of the preceding items.
Beyond what is provided for in the preceding two paragraphs, if it is necessary in order to maintain discipline and order at the immigration detention center, etc., the director of the immigration detention center, etc. or an official designated by the director may give instructions to detainees concerning their daily life and conduct.
