入国者収容所等に勤務する入国警備官には、被収容者の人権に関する理解を深めさせ、並びに被収容者の処遇を適正かつ効果的に行うために必要な知識及び技能を習得させ、及び向上させるために必要な研修及び訓練を行うものとする。
Immigration control officers working at immigration detention centers, etc. are to be given the education and training necessary to deepen their understanding of the human rights of detainees and to acquire and improve the knowledge and skills necessary for carrying out the treatment of detainees appropriately and effectively.
