第一条（施行期日）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
この法律は、公布の日から起算して二十日を経過した日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。
This Act comes into effect as of the day on which 20 days have elapsed from the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the provisions set forth in the following items come into effect as of the dates specified respectively in those items.
第二条の二第三項、第七条第一項第二号及び第二項、第五十一条、第五十二条第三項及び第四項並びに別表第一の五の表の改正規定並びに次条から附則第五条まで及び附則第七条の規定 公布の日から起算して六月を経過した日
the provisions amending Article 2-2, paragraph (3), Article 7, paragraph (1), item (ii) and paragraph (2), Article 51, Article 52, paragraphs (3) and (4) and Appended Table I (5), and the provisions of the following Article through Article 5 and of Article 7 of the Supplementary Provisions: the day on which 6 months have elapsed from the date of promulgation;
第五十七条、第五十八条及び第七十七条第二号の改正規定並びに附則第六条の規定 公布の日から起算して一年を超えない範囲内において政令で定める日
the provisions amending Articles 57 and 58 and Article 77, item (ii), and the provisions of Article 6 of the Supplementary Provisions: the date specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding 1 year from the date of promulgation;
第三条第一項第二号の改正規定、第六条に一項を加える改正規定、第七条に一項を加える改正規定、第九条、第十条、第十一条第一項、第十三条第四項、第十三条の二第一項、第十四条から第十八条の二まで、第二十二条第二項ただし書及び第二十二条の四第一項第一号の改正規定、第二十四条の改正規定（同条第三号の次に二号を加える部分を除く。）、第七十条第一項第七号の二及び第七十二条第三号の改正規定並びに附則第八条の規定 公布の日から起算して一年六月を超えない範囲内において政令で定める日
the provision amending Article 3, paragraph (1), item (ii), the provision adding a paragraph to Article 6, the provision adding a paragraph to Article 7, the provisions amending Articles 9 and 10, Article 11, paragraph (1), Article 13, paragraph (4), Article 13-2, paragraph (1), Articles 14 through 18-2, the proviso to Article 22, paragraph (2) and Article 22-4, paragraph (1), item (i), the provision amending Article 24 (excluding the part adding two items after item (iii) of that Article), the provisions amending Article 70, paragraph (1), item (vii)-2 and Article 72, item (iii), and the provisions of Article 8 of the Supplementary Provisions: the date specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding 1 year and 6 months from the date of promulgation.
