第八百七十五条（非訟事件手続法の規定の適用除外）
Article 875Exclusion from Application of the Provisions of the Non-Contentious Cases Procedures Act
この法律の規定による非訟事件については、非訟事件手続法第四十条及び第五十七条第二項第二号の規定は、適用しない。
The provisions of Article 40 and Article 57, paragraph (2), item (ii) of the non-contentious cases procedures Act do not apply to non-contentious cases under the provisions of this Act.
