新株予約権証券は、非訟事件手続法第百条に規定する公示催告手続によって無効とすることができる。
Share option certificates may be invalidated pursuant to the public notification procedures under Article 100 of the Non-Contentious Cases Procedures Act.
新株予約権証券を喪失した者は、非訟事件手続法第百六条第一項に規定する除権決定を得た後でなければ、その再発行を請求することができない。
A person who has lost a share option certificate may not request the re-issuing of their share option certificate until after they obtain the decision for invalidation provided for in Article 106, paragraph (1) of the Non-Contentious Cases Procedures Act.
